Ultimmo has an extensive experience in vacation rental. We let attractive, mainly recently-built flats close to or on the sea-wall, for a period of your choice. Whatever you choose, with an Ultimmo flat in Koksijde or peaceful Sint-Idesbald, you are certain of glorious holidays.

Some useful information
- We let per week, per fortnight or per month. Weekend and midweek hires are possible from 1 October through 31 March, excluding the holiday periods.
- We also let garages and parking places for your car - contact us for more information. A number of apartments are let including a garage or parking place in the building. Please refer to the apartments descriptions on this website.
- The rental includes all agency fees, cancellation insurance and insurance for fire, glass and water damage. Consumption charges for the use of water, electricity, gas and heating, and the telephone if present, are not included in the rental and will be charged according to meter readings on arrival and departure.
- The rental deposit will be refunded to the hiring party within 15 days following departure, after deduction of consumption charges, any cleaning costs and/or the cost of any damage caused to the apartment or contents.
- Each hiring party is requested to take proper care of the occupied apartment. The hiring party is also to leave the hired goods in clean and tidy condition; costs of cleaning and tidying up will be deducted from the deposit. You can always make use of our cleaning service, as long as you submit your request at least two days before your departure.
- Household pets are not allowed without prior written permission from the Ultimmo agency.
- The hire term normally runs from 15:00 on the first day until 10:00 on the final day.
- We can assist you in hiring a child's bed, a single bed, a colour television or a child's highchair. Please request such assistance in advance.
- The hiring party is responsible for providing bed linen and towels.
- In collaboration with "Europese", we provide insurance for cancellation and premature termination of your holidays, which is included in the rental. After all, it is not inconceivable that you may have to cancel or prematurely end your seaside holiday due to illness or accident. Now you are insured against cancellation and the like due to illness, accident, death etc. You can obtain a copy of the terms and conditions of the insurance at our office.

Payment:
- When making a reservation, at least one third of the rental must be paid in advance as a deposit, with a minimum amount of 130 EUR.
- The balance must be fully paid 15 days prior to occupying the apartment.
